...it has been one year today, since i had uploaded my first shot on Trekearth...

...and this is my 150th post...

...it has been a great year for me as i have learnt a lot from you all...

...and that i have many new friends from all around the world now...

...technically i feel like a one year old baby boy...

...but love of photography in my heart has grown up so much bigger...

WS'a baktim ve pembe beyaz ogluna opucuklerimi yolluyor, masallah diyorum. Saga sola fotografini koyacaksan bi nazar boncugu tak, ben bu konuda cok superstitious'imdir. Bu arada, oglunun bile en acaip fotografini koymussun, bu nasi bi sanat aski yarabbi!

Tebrikler!

TE'nin bombalarından birisi olmak için bir senenin dörtte biri yetmişti zaten. Cerrah gözünün ve özellikle de cerrah parmağının inceliklerini senden öğrendik...

Tekniğe ne gerek, bakış, görüş yeter dedik. Sen de her seferinde bunu doğruladın.

Hem fotoğraf gözümün hem de gönül gözümün açılması için seninle tanışmak iyi oldu anlayacağın. Bunun için bana ilk yorumunu yazdığın 10.10.2006 tarihinden bu yana olmak üzere sana ve TE'ye teşekkür etmeyi borç bilirim :)

Sen yine de şu bir yıllık teknik bebe mentalitesinden kurtulmak için en kısa zamanda bir DSLR edin, içine kolayı ben dökerim :))

Hello Korkut,

You have framed the silhouette of the two women praying by a parabolic arch -- certainly this must be taken more seriously than if it were interpreted in terms of "pyramid power." The is a genuinely effective photo especially since the sunlight is somewhat subdued and not overwhelmingly, distractingly bright.

Trekearth'teki bu 150. fotografını kutlarım ve daha nice nice 150 leri devirmeni dilerim, baştaki az sayıdaki fotografını saymazsak(ki onlar güzel olmadığından değil senin TE'yi tam tanımaman nedeniyle hak ettikleri kritikleri alamadığından)olağanüstü bir ortalamayla gidiyorsun ve sanırım TE'nin genelinde senden başarılısı yok gibi.
Bu fotograf ise enfes fonu, kompozisyonu, renkleri ve ters ışığıyla mükemmel görünüyor.

Technically this shot is good with the two silhoutte ladies in their praying positioning being framed by the arch in the background.

For the picture, it is very nice with the silhouettes against the beautiful light of the sunset. The framing is excellent too. The only minus (really a minus) is the tilted water line.

Happy birthday, my friend, and thank you for this present in the form of a beautiful photo.
It's a very moody compo, very effective visually, with the silhouettes against the sunset sky and that arch.
The only minor flaw is the inclination of the horizon, but this is one of those tricky cases that a simple rotation doesn't solve anything, because the floor is inclined on the opposite angle.

150. resmin hayırlı uğurlu olsun. Keşke Kuzey'in resmini asıl resim yapsaydın. Ama bu da çok güzel. Tanıdıklar var gibi! :o)

One year has passed...150 quality posts, your gallery is a treat for my eyes. Beautiful image with perfect framing. The semi-silhouettes against the pastel coloured sunset sky creates a baeuty. Excellent image and kisses for your son...the WS pic. is brilliant!
