Photographer’s Note
The camel ride is one of the attractions on the Timanfaya National Park, in Lanzarote, Canary Islands.
Actually the park is very beautiful, and the camel ride is by far the less interesting thing you can do in the park, which is an active volcanic area with great colors and amazing landscape.

Ciao Stefano.
Paesaggio lunare molto inconsueto rispetto alle consuete atmosfere accaldate del deserto.
Non disturba neppure la posizione inusuale dei soggetti in movimento, prossima al bordo dell'immagine.
Ciao, Bobo.

It seems the shot was taken from a different planet. imho, i would also consider taking a shot of this if they are facing or moving towards opposite direction. an extra ordinary landscape. nice shot.

Sembra un fotomontaggio! cammelli e turisti sulla Luna!
bella foto, presa in un paesaggio quasi innaturale!

Hello Stefano,
A highly interesting landscape where you have captured the various strange colours very well. The camels may be an oddity here, but they bring life to the composition and indicate the scale of the hills.

Gert

Hello Stefano,
great image here. I love the colours and composition of the camels coming out of the shot suggesting they would go on walking.
But I do not understand what part of the day it actually is taken. The dark night sky and light on the hills are confusing me.
Best regards
Romana

Hi, Stefano!
The landscape is really amazing. It looks unreal. Red-yellow colours of landscape and camels contrast with blue-green tourists.
Thanks

Very nice shot from Canaries.

Hola Stefano,
Perfecta composición en la que has captado muy bien la esencia de Lanzarote, su aridez, su caracter volcánico, su paisaje lunar, su fascinante belleza y por supuesto la innegable presencia del "homo turisticus".

Stefano,
I didn't know that there are camels and humans on Mars! OK, I was at Timanfaya myself. It is a wonderful place and your tight frame captured quite well the essence of it. The same shot later or earlier would have been even better. The light here seems to be to harsh, but I know that there are hour restrictions in the park. The part that I didn't like or enjoy was the bus ride with the overloud music and infos provided during the tour.

hi stefano;
the capture is extremely interesting with the color contrasts ...specially leaving the babies to the camel shocked me.tfs.

The contrast between the different layers struck me, the fact that the photo is "animated" by those tourists on camels I like very much, impressive result...
Bravo,
Cath.

Hi Stefano,
a real clear shot. The gaphical effe4ct is outstanding, lines and textures.
The positioning of the camels are perfect to enhance the beauty of your well thought shot.
Pleasant scenery.
regards,
Foozi
