The Memorial for the murdered Jews in Europe also known as the Holocaust Memorial (German Holocaust Mahnmal)is an interesting place for photography though the feeling you have when you are there is not the best one.
In a surface of 19'000 square meters, there are 2'711 blocks like these here arranged in a grid pattern. The height of them varies from 0.2 to 4.8 meters while width and lenght remain at 2.38 and 0.95 meters respectively.
Designed by architecth Peter Eisenmann a built in 2003.
I liked the little tree or bush growing on this field of concrete.
PP: some blue color added. |

Hello Clemente,
A beautiful picture, with a good PP add-on.
The irregularity gives your picture its strengh, and the bush is a sign that even in a place of death, life is still possible.
A nice metaphore and a beautiful capture;
Congratulations
Thomas
Hola Clemente,
Una composición con mucho grafismo, excelente POV y encuadre. Muy buena inclusión de la planta, que ha dado un toque de vida a ese triste local.
Abrazos desde Brasil
