A lake on the road N59 from Galway to Cliffden. Apart from the frame, I didn't do any postprocessing on this one. I considered removing the electric wires and posts, but I wanted to "keep it real" and not cheat on the landscape, as it's not what one would see by visiting this place.
The road gets particularly scenic from this place with mountains and lakes everywhere. A great road to drive is the R344 that gets close to Lake Inough. Anyway, no matter where you go in Connemara, the landscapes will be beautiful... |

I agree with you, Connemara is an awesome place to be. I went there a few months ago and I loved it, but it must be so hard living there. Very nice picture, but a bit tiled to the right.
Connemara in March? Brave soul! Classically good shot, and the browns and gold are unusual for a photo of Ireland in general.
