Photographer’s Note

This shot was made outside the palace of the Grimaldi in Monaco. The canons, still guarding the palace, were a gift of Lui XIV. They still work and I believe that the last time they fired was at the wedding of Prince Rainier with Grace Kelly. On the opposite side we see the skyscrapers of Monte-Carlo. It would be an interesting shot...

Really interesting perspective. I like the angle that you took this photo at. The history of the note is good also. I have missed your shots so it was good to see one from you.

Εντυπωσιακή σύνθεση και πολύ έξυπνη ιδέα. Το καδράρισμα, με τις μολυβένιες μπάλες και το κανόνι στο τέλος τους, μου αρέσει πάρα πολύ. Καταπληκτική προοπτική.

I love the point of view here, Efthymios! The people distract me a bit, but the view is great, and the use of depth of field very effective.
