Farm 17th Century II Photo

Photographer’s Note

During my bike trip, I saw this beautiful old farm. I have at once made a picture.
In Flanders are still a few farms as these old farm. The most farms are as these buildings through the government as monument registered. On this place cannot be not built, only restorations works.
The farm dated out of the 17th century, this on mile 5 of my village.
Very lovely for life, as well as people, as for animals.

This is the original picture.

Hai John, I love the color of this photo and the farm. The clouds are nice and the framing of the tree on top is an extra touch.

Prachtig hoevetje, John, met de typisch linden voor de deur. Zeer goed gekadreerd, scherp en vooral mooie kleurweergave. Ik meen het te herkennen maar ben niet zeker... staat het in de Warmestraat??

zeker niet Uw beste foto John,
maar zeker niet onaangenaam om naar te kijken.
Misschien had een cropp aan de rechterkant aardig geweest voor de compositie, verder zijn de kleuren zeker in orde. Goed werk John.

Eénvoud siert, en hoe je dit rustig sober Vlaams weiland met hoeve in beeld brengt met die lendige diepe kleuren, is altijd enig, mooi vanuit de shaduw genomen om tevens als cadrering te gebruiken.

Heel mooie omgeving, dat is zeker en de boerderij ziet er heel mooi uit. Ik ben er zeker van dat je er prachtig kunt leven. Mooi samengesteld, goeie verdeling lucht/grond en de bladeren in de hoek zijn een goed detail. Mooie kleuren en goede kwaliteit zoals gewoonlijk. Ik probeer het te plaatsen maar ik kan het niet direct herkennen; is wel typisch voor die streek.

Nice..the green and the blue an dthe brown alays create harmonious colors. Here you've manged to capture these colors in a rustic fashion.

A quaint and relaxed countryside view, John. As usual the natural colors and the appealing setting with the animals having a relaxed outing on the green pasture makes a pleasant viewing. The framing is not too exciting but certainly very nice, especially with the light clouds hovering above. Have a good week!

J'aime bien ce paysage "leger", très rural. Il y a aussi ce ciel dont la hauteur est fixé par l'encadrement de verdure... Une bonne idée qui équilibre bien la composition.

Hi John,
A well composed shot rendered with superb colour, contrast and clarity. I like the richly textured foreground grass enhanced by the shadows leading the eye to the old farmhouse. The little trees help balance and the large, prosaic sky very much help make the scene bucolic and inviting. Well captured. Regards.

Very tranquil farm John. Everything speaks of tranquility here. The lighting, the colors, the lazy sky. It all has a slower feel to it that is refreshing. It also has such a clean feel to it, also refreshing. The cows seem quite content standing and resting there chewing on grasses.
