Photographers Note
Still trying to encourage you to come to Cracow and visit Wawel Royal Castle! :-) Maybe this photo will be an impulse for you :-) Forgive kidding...
I couldn't resist not to include into this architectural photo some elements of reportage - my favourite area in photography. So you see here a nice visitor. Taking photos is allowed - at least here, in the courtyard :-)
On the right photo - a piece of architecture. These two photos were taken with different lenses - long and wide. I had to correct perspective on the right photo.
On whole - regular, slight corrections of tones and colors. On full size photo (3200px height) I used unsharp mask with 15% and radius 250px. After resizing for web - unsharp mask 200% 0.4 px 2Levels.

Very nice work. I like the merging of the two photos into one. It is very effective here. The contrast is also very nice. Good work.

Zdjęcie z zamysłem.
Oglądając tą fotkę widzimy i osobę fotografującą i obiekt fotografowany, to tak jakby oczami tej dziewczyny zobaczyć Wawel.
P.S.
Ale ten aparcik pięknie rysuje (szczegóły stroju dziewczyny - bardzo ciężko jest oddać niuanse w czerwonym kolorze - zwykle robi się mora - a tutaj widać wszystko cacy) - ale już o tym pisałem.

Nice diptych Piotr! I like how you showed us both a tourist taking a shot, and the shot she was taking. Either shot alone would be average, but the two work well together. Cheers!

please help, where have you learnt to use the unsharp mask so well???? i always use 40-60%, 1 px, 0 threshold... terrible!!!
i think it was a great ideal to put 2 images into 1, because each of them is beautiful, perfectly composed, great definition, in its own, and they show two sides of the same place... good option to correct perspective, i love both images
just one tiny detail: is the column on the left straight?
