Photographer’s Note
The ice-rink organised at molo area. At the background is visible the lighthouse that serves as a sightseeing tower. It was built during construction of balneotherapy building in 1903 - 1904.
I've made the biggest F value to make longer time of exposition.

A good composition! I like your technique of slowing the exposure to capture a sense of motion in the skaters. However, in my opinion, the exposure might be a bit too long though. The blurry faint image of another skater on the right is almost like a ghost and is distracting. I think if you take the picture with a slightly faster shutter, and avoid too prominant a figure in the centre of the picture, it will be enhanced tremendously.

very nice.
I like people in foreground (motion blured -great!) and bilding in background.
Light would be better (but that is not your fault) and it seems little tilted to the right to me (wich IS your fault).
After all - very nice.
