Photographer’s Note

A view of a snow-covered Prague taken close to midnight in mid-winter. The picture was taken on the Charles Bridge looking north towards Prague Castle which is high on the hill. I used the bridge's wall to rest the camera during the long exposure. A careful cyclist rode past on the snow during the exposure.

Nice view, but blurry and over-exposed in some parts. It's hard to hold the camera still enough against a wall of course. I like the picture and the atmosphere it conveys, but the technical problems are a little too disturbing.

Nice composiion. A pity to be a bit blurred due to fog and/or big aperture ..
