Photographer’s Note

This three-panelled picture is a single, unretouched photo. The right panel, a farmer plowing his field, evokes the labor that went into the production of bread (the painting is at the entrance to a bakery in Paris). The middle panel contains a mirror; one sees the reflection of an apartment across the street (behind the camera). The left panel shows a vitrine of a shop next to the bakery (as well as some reflection of the building in the middle panel). This photo was taken by my wife, Analucia Schliemann, when we were travelling together in France. [She granted permission.]

Great idea for a photo.
It nearly works very well: It's not quite straight (see right hand edge) and the glass reflection in the painting is a little distracting.
Criticism aside, it grabbed my atention in the 'welcome gallery'.
Well done.
