Photographer’s Note
Following surgestions that I try some alterations Here we are folks, the all new pic .
Went out and re-shot it in better light today, tried for a different angle still ended up rotating by 45deg. and a serve crop. other ajustments a little lightening of levels, spot of auto contrast followed by unsharpe mask. Can post the more natural original to the work shop if required. looking forward to your comments.

Très belle photo avec la feuille en diagonal. Les couleurs de la "bête" sont magnifiques et l'image est très nette.

There've been lots of caterpillar shots recently - I don't know what to suggest here - crawling along a leaf doesn't seem interesting enough to me. It's like a 'this is a pretty caterpillar' shot. If you could have him doing something - eating a leaf or reading the newspaper...

It probably would have given a more pleasant composition if the leaf on the right wasn't "touching" the caterpillar. Would also suggest to use a smaller f/stop. Nevertheless a sharp shot Robert.

This one's much more dramatic than yesterday's I like the angle of the shot, and the texture of the leaf is interesting, lovely sharpness too.
