Photographer’s Note

Hi,
Photo taken during my recent trip to Fort William.
Pictured here is the shore of Loch Lochy lit by sun breaking through clouds. It was taken near Laggan. The Loch Lochy is quite long (15 km) and narrow (around 1km max) and it is surrounded by mountains, it is also a part of the 'Great Glen Way' - 70 mile long walk between Fort William and Inverness. At Laggan itself you can find locks on the Caledonian Canal. It's really interesting and picturesque area (as most of the Scottish Highlands really) and if you ever travel between Fort William and Inverness it is worth to stop by and hang around, there is also a very nice old fishing boat close to this place which always attract photographers and looks stunning against those mountains.
Photo stitched from 2 landscape shots, hand-hold, RAW mode, CPL filter used. No PP work apart from minor contrast adjustment and little sharpening.
Thanks for viewing and for any critiques,
Tomasz
