Photographer’s Note
Another view of Whitstable from last January. I guess I must have been too busy at the time to post these.

Hello Richard. The multicolor photo is a eyecatcher. It explains itself. Worth seeing. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Oh so very English and so charming, Richard. It reminds me of the song "Little boxes, Little boxes" but these are fine Edwardian terraces, not ticky-tacky.But for the sad addition of those, oh so English, PVC double glazed windows, their charm is unspoilt. These little Englishman's castles, facing the sea, one supposes, are a social comment in itself. You have encapsulated the charm very well. regards kevin

there is this mistery for me, Richard: two of the critiques say "it explains itself" and "[these houses] are a social comment in itself". so, i am puzzled!
as for the image, it´s a graceful colorful diagonal. are they right facing the sea?

Hi Richard
Good use of diminishing linear perspective, with a superb blue sky & excellent sharpness & pov. Nice repetition of the red roofs, against the blue sky, too. Tfs!
