This is yet another one from London, this time is the Parliament seen from the other side of the Thames, with a part of the London Eye. Even though the Eye rotates quite slowly, the movement is visible during 3 sec exposure time.

This is an excellent shot.
Very nice composition, well chosen unusual point of view. Perfect timing to equilibrate sky and city lights.
It could be sharper.
I would probably take less from the left side -there is too much light from that side, but it is a personal preference.
