Taken after 23.00 (which is 24.00 hrs CET) this shot of the north western sky shows the profile of the north Harris forest silloheutted against the dieing light of June 23rd. This is the last day that the sun is at its highest and its all down hill to December now.
With a clear sky in the far north west of the UK the mountains of Tigra Mor, Oreval, Uisgbhal Mor and Clisham pose a striking backdrop to, almost, midnight sun in the UK
