Photographer’s Note

Picture of Wastwater taken from the lakeshore footpath at the base of the famous screes. The lake is the deepest in England, at 79 metres (258 feet),and measures approximately 4.6 kilometres (almost 3 miles) long and 600 metres (more than a third of a mile) wide, it is located in the Wasdale valley. The mountains in the backround are (Left to right) Yewbarrow, Kirk Fell and Great Gable.
A little cropping and saturation enhancement to the shot, thanks for looking.
