Photographer’s Note

I took this one with my small digital camera that offers not too many options for taking photos. Now I know that this shot might have been more interesting with a different shutter speed, much faster to get the water clearer or a bit slower to give the flowing water a silky touch. Anyway... I couldn't set the shutter speed and so this is what I got. I like it, though.
I found this spot somewhere near the Yorkshire Dales.
I only resized this image for TE. Although it was a sunny day that spot was of those dark green tones because it lay down in a valley and was surrounded by high trees that took most of the direct sunlight away. Everything was quiet, one could only hear the rushing water.
