Making a Song and Dance
River Usk, Llangynidr, Powys, UK

Late Spring, early Summer, reflected leaves echo submerged pebbles at the water's edge, and somewhere in between walks a man, magic box in hand, searching for inspiration.

Bonjour Colin
Your gallery is a magnificent tribute in the nature. There are so many beautiful photos, I do not know which to choose. I love this very creative last one. A reflection or a shade which brings transparency to the water, it is something very rare!
I also like these two stones, we can put feet there to cross without making move the water so quiet!
Congratulations, it's beautiful!
Diane

que c'est calme et appaisant!
très belle harmonie des couleurs

Hi Colin,
Your magic box has certainly captured a fascinating and very original image here. I like the reflection of the tree and the colour contrast between the reddish-brown of the river bed and the blue tones of the sky, but what really makes it for me is the way the two pebbles emerge from the water, like three-dimensional bubbles bursting out of a two-dimensional universe, or reality emerging from illusion.
Very well seen and captured.
John

Hi Colin. Well, I think Inspiration found the man. Original, beautiful and harmonious creation.I just love how the reflection of the tree seems like a cutout through which we can see the bottom of this shallow part of the river.Well done. Regards. Klaudio.

Fine composition and appealing picture, I much like the play of reflexes, shadows and these two amazing stone, simple but beautiful scene, compliments Colin, well done.
