Photographer’s Note
I took this photo in Peak District National Park, near Edale village, before the storm.
Peak District National Park - Britain's first national park, established in 1951.
The Peak District is an upland area in central and northern England, lying mainly in northern Derbyshire, but also covering parts of Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Staffordshire, and South and West Yorkshire.

without the storm your sky would have been useless..like so many of mine and i embarrassedly hide them by cropping
you came out and showed the sky to advantage with the lighter coloured land giving a promising hue to the landscape..
derbyshire rules!!

Hello Agata,
Very nice lighting for this lovely multi-coloured composition. As Geof says the charged sky has worked to your advantage here and provides a perfect foil for the landscape. Excellent colours and clarity.

Hi Agata,
well and harmonical composed shot. I like the depth of your shot caused by the small path leading the viewer directly into the photo.
Colours are excellent as well.

Hi Agata,
Very beautiful landscape with so good light and big perspective. I like the shadows to give more relief.
Perect sky proportion.

Yves
