When I first opened the thumnial, I blew it out so loud, "WOW" what a beautiful cloudy sky. Very dramatic. Super wide angle view. Well done. Sothy

this scene looks like to me as a scenery that paused with combination with these colours and generally the hue of all(the colours).I like this composition with the wide perspective and a great POV.Realy this shot creates a great dynamic.Excellent the sharpness and the clarity,as the light too.Well done JB.

The perspective in this photo is superb and every time I look at it appears to be a 3D photo, such is the depth of the ground and also of the clouds. Actually, the ground seams like in permanent motion. Excellent work.TFS.

I'm amazed! I'm looking at a 3D paint/picture where everything looks just perfect. The sky is just amazing, the foreground with the people and the guitars is very well contrasted by the background and the London Tower standing against the clouds.

Interesting foreground here which gives the photo nice direction and many points of interest. The river and Tower Bridge in the background draw the eye through the photo nicely. The lighting and colors are very good with nice sharpness and detail.

a particular view captured by a particular technique. Great image, place and post. I have seen an image of that place in a magazine with the gibson as the subject but this wide view is another thing. Well done!

Les lattes du quai accentue l'effet du grand angle de fort belle façon. J'avoue qu'après les vaches pour lesquelles j'ai beaucoup de tendresse, ça ne me déplairait pas qu'une telle expo se déplace sur Paris. Les Gibson, c'est quand même un sacré mythe

Superbe cette perspective créée par ton 11-18 ! Certains te critiqueront certainement les déformations excessives dues à la courte focale mais moi j'aime l'effet dynamique que ça donne. En tout cas bravo pour ce POV, ce niveau de détails et ce ciel terrible !

Yes, you are right, JB. The design on the ground coming from the left gives a great dynamism to the image, as if the tiles were moving. But the sky also helps to creates a good depth and some dramatism. Love the strong contrasts. Superb capture.

Hi JB,
Without clicking on the thumbnail, i could never guess what kind of a vision this one could turn into. The clouds and the ground seem to rush towards my face, creating an almost dizzying visual effect. I guess the exhibiton is something like the "cow parade" which is in Istanbul now. It looks like a guitar parade...Unreal but wonderful pp again. Cheers,

Généal l'effet du grand angle ici. Les traits du sol tirent l'oeil bien dans la direction du pont et avec les nuages donnent beaucoup de dynanisme. Les guitars sont vraiment sympas, dommage qu'ils n'y étaient pas à Pâques :-(
Le bout de boule à droit ajoute une côté futuriste.

L'effet au premier plan est vraiment étrange, mais très esthétique en fait. Et c'est également vrai que celà crée une dynamique à un point que je n'avais encore jamais vu!. Presque de la peinture au couteau. Un ciel extra.

J'aime bien le coté dynamique sur la plate-forme, comme si tu avais pris la photo depuis un véhicule, la luminosité et ces gros nuages qui ajoutent du caractère à l'image. Belle présentation de l'exposition et de l'architecture Londonienne et bonne profondeur.

Hi JB,

One of your trademarks is heavily contrasted shots! I think it is a bit too much here. The dynamics in the foreground are nice, but also very much 'in your face'. It takes the attention away a bit from the whole composition and the strong clouds. I'm just drawn to the foreground, especially to the lower left - and I feel it's due to the high contrast. Just a feeling...

les lignes du plancher qui semblent toutes mener vers Tower Bridge sont abolument superbe. Le ciel qui les surplombe ne l'étant pas moins, le résultat est exceptionnel. Un grand bravo. Je regrette juste un petit côté irréel conféré par je ne sais quoi...

What a mix you got on this composition. Old and modern architecure, stilness of persons freezed by your shot and dinamism caused by the ground, strong light and great shadows.
Finally this wide angle contributed a lot to the success of this one, it gives it an impressive sensation of wideness.
