Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken (with the artist's permission) in the grounds of Bolton Abbey, Yorkshire. The artist was experimenting with new materials. Pictures of the Abbey itself will follow but I rather liked this peaceful setting. I hope to be back posting and commenting more regularly soon.

Hi,
Nicely composd Vic, with the bridge leading away from the artist into the fine detail of the trees. Good touch to include the signpost on the left. Be interesting to compare both your efforts! Nice one, thanks.
Dougie.

Vic,
Nice to see your work again! This is a very fine photo taken from a great POV. Your composition is great showing us the artist and his view. The angle is nice having the bridge cut the photo in half and creating a diagonal with the stream. The lighting and colors are great with outstanding sharpness and DOF.
TFS,
Asa

To my eyes ... a perfect shot showing the artists view and he seems to be using the bridge, as you have done as a lead in line. Great colours and sharpness and the little sign post top left is the icing on the cake. nice work old un !!

Hi Vic,
It's not highly exciting, but it does give a nice perspective. The way you took it, you can imagine what the image of the artist will look like. I'm now wondering what kind of new materials he was using... :-)

Hi Vic,
There is something very wonderful about the way the lush and saturated greens interact with the way you have composed the endless depth of that bridge. He and you have picked a wonderful spot ..
take care,
John

Hi Vic. Yes, it is a lovely atmosphere. Clean air, no rush and a man in the pursuit of contentment. And what a better place than this lovely spot.Nicely composed too as the bridge stretches from the man's section across the scene. Regards. Klaudio.
