Photographer’s Note
Covent Garden, London. This sinful dish is perhaps the most popular of Covent garden's varied cuisine. It is almost a part of the famous life of the bustling street market in london that has been popular with tourists for centuries.

I'm surprised!
Only a few people know that there are 2 main kinds of waffles.
The Brussels’s waffle, usually with whipped cream and/or ice-cream on it in Europe but also found in USA as "belgian waffle" for breakfast, and the Liège's waffle (Liège is the 3rd biggest city in Belgium) usually to eat like a snack in the street, also very easy to find in supermarkets (the best one for me :p).
I'm surprised because this looks like a Liège's waffle with ice cream on it :) First time I see that and my feeling is ... I must try it!
I like the reflection in the (belgian ?) chocolate, good job.

Makes me want to go out and get one for myself! Great detail, although there is a bit of overexposure on the plate. Otherwise a delicious looking picture..
