Photographer’s Note

Here are some symbols of London:

-A red dubble decker

-The Big Ben, the 96.3 metres (316 feet) high tower at the north-eastern end of the Houses of Parliament building.

-The London Eye, a 135 metres (443 feet) high Ferris Wheel.

About the photo: I increased the contrasts a bit, warmified the photo, resized and sharpened it.

Hi Stef,
as you say, it is a perfect summary of London principal symbols. So you have made a great composition.
It's possible to add another symbol in your picture: the London clouds ;-)

Hi Stef.
A very representative photo of London. From my point of view, there are three things in London that are very representative, you have two of them in your photo: the Big Ben, a classical bus, and the other would be a phone box. The photo has very nice colors and a good composition. The POV is excelent. Congratulations and greetings.

Quintessential London photo! Very nicely presented on an interesting angle. Nice bold colours and great sharpness too. I would probably crop a little off the top, but that's just a suggestion. Nice job!

Hi Stef. This is a fantastic picture of the highest image quality. I'm looking for Austin Powers but I don't see him! ;) The high sharpness brings out the detail of Big Ben. You composed it very well with leaving so much room for that sky. Awesome shot Stef!!

Nice shot! Sharpness and color are good, and of course you placed the landmarks very well. Maybe a bit too much sky on top, though.

Heerlijk plaatje van Londen, toch? Een heel stel kenmerken van de stad bijeen, die rode dubbeldekker hoort gewoon voor de Big Ben. :-) Lucht en licht zijn ook uitstekend!
Heb je hem al een reisgids verkocht voor op de voorkant? ;-)

Hej Stef, Lars slaat de spijker op zijn kop - meer typisch London dan dit is het nauwelijks te krijgen - knap geframed met de rode bus en het gele stukje op het paaltje op de perfecte plek en een zeer goede resolutie. Heel mooi en primair kleurig!

The pov is good, but perhaps what is even more highly striking is the gorgeous clarity, sharpness and colour contrast. It's ironic that the total absence of one of the other icons of London, the fog, helped you a lot on this. :-)

We don't have many picture of Big Ben here.
Very nice touch of red who gives a nice contrast with the foregroud.
I suggest a light Workshop to correct some distortions.
