called on by your comment on my Trieste Gulf shot (thanks a lot again), I'm strolling in your gallery and I must say it is quite interesting. Regarding this picture, the result is for sure noticeable, like the reason for you took it...
Only a couple of comments: 1I would have preferred a more open aperture (but it is only a personal opinion, as I do not like very much the starbust effect on night shots) and a less symmetric composition, to get warmer result. 2Sorry for my English, I hope that my feeling came out clear enough, despite the Italian-Style expressions.

Hi Igor, this is a shot that will stay with you in your memory for a long time. I remember taking a shot of a bunch of balloons after my son was born. I still remember taking that one like it was yesterday. And this one is a good one for you to hang onto. Your composition, lighting and colour is excellent!

Hi Igor,
A state of the art blue hour picture, the timing is great, the lights are flashing like starts even @ f/4, and their warmth is glowing against the deep blue sky, I like the PoV as well that allows for a good symetry.

Hi Igor,
Well composed with a good exposure level. The golden light bathes both sides of the canal with such warmth and there is great symmetry here. A worthy shot to take and preserve on the eve of the birth of your children. I like this shot ver much, Igor. Its a keeper.

Una foto adatta al tuo momento Igor, quasi simmetrica con i due lati "gemelli" ma con qualche piccola differenza, a destra ci sone dei dettagli in più, ad esempio la panchina, un bel controllo della luce e un riflesso nell'acqua molto carino e accattivante, complimenti, anche per il lieto evento.

I *love* the light in the photo! You've managed to take something not particularly soft and made it soft with the golden lighting and the reflection. Symmetry is good, however I'd prefer a slight crop on the right. As the lone light on the right detracts from the overall symmetry. Well done and congrats on the twins!!

another, less well known side of the Manchester
region.

I like the star effect which makes the scene

Now this is one hell of a note! I'd like to say that I can imagine your situation but I guess without being a father there's no possible way to compare any experience I had so far with the one you had that night!
In this case I think the picture is not that important, I just love the story behind it... It's great, though;)
