This is inside the British Museum that is located in London.
It was founded in 1753 and its a spectacular place to visit with art pieces from all continents.
And amazingly its for free !!

Optima! bom spot onde estavas. percebe-se bem a dimensão. o tecto e a sombra do mesmo, no chao e na parede, está muito bom! Parabéns!

I liked the vertical composition with nice architectural details contained such as the interesting roof, stairs, Greek style door, and the shadow pattern of the roof. Good work :)

Yes, these museums in London, I recall they only checked my bag, but no entrance fee. No wonder some people are more cultured than others. Funny, this is the third shot taken in this museum (Vapours, CheukHin) i have seen lately, and this is also utterly interesting for it looks like a maquette with tiny little figures walking about under the lovely bright dome, throwing shadows, just as the dome does, on the ground, stairs...

Hello Daniel. A view into the British museum. Your photo is very interesting. It makes the connection between antiquity and modern trend. With the size of the buildings the people work small and insignificantly. So similarly it must have looked in former times in the Capitol of old Rome. Only the people give its value to the picture. J'aime beaucoup cette vue de la galerie d'entrée du British Museum. Magnifique travail d'ombres et de lumière. On dirait une maquette de l'endroit, il y a une dimension irréelle.

Here is another excellent shot that you have produced, showing the interior of the British Museum. I lived in London as a child, then in my 30s, and spent many hours in the wonderful museum, this part is completely new for me. The architecture is superb, and your photograph shows it with all its majesty. The structure of the skylight is beautiful and its shadow can be seen dramatically on the floor and the curved wall. You have chosen a very good vantage point to take this photograph.
