Photographer’s Note
The last passenger boat sails on past the jetty down from Ashness bridge, as we sit and wait for...........
the last passenger boat to come and take us back to Keswick.
Only a two mile walk, and it was a nice evening anyway.

Nice image, especially for the choice of the POV.
The pier at the extreme right side of the shot creates an interesting effect and guides the eye directly to the boat.
Good job.

Hello Alex,
Your view is splendid. I like your style hiding sun while unusual style of boat passing. Pier is stunning its excellent reflection on water. Working B&W is adding great value to your frame. Congratulations.

Hello, Alex--
This one is very nice, and caught my eye enough as a thumbnail that i couldn't pass it by.
The composition is very strong, with just enough of the jetty to make it a strong feature leading into the boat, but with enough space to leave the impression of a wide open atmosphere. The background is deep, simple, and interesting, also.
My only suggestion is that maybe you were taking it just a little bit too close to the sun, the top left seems just a little blown out.
Thanks!
sam
