I grabbed this shot at Kings Cross railway station one late night whilst out hunting for pictures.

This couple had caught the late night train home, or maybe the story behind this image may be much more complex !
Leica 2 50mm f1.4. wide open at about 1/15th. 1000ASA.

I agree with your theme and the notes.....Love is everything. But now I have seen Love for "sale", Love for "Trading" etc etc.
Love for the sake of Love...and nothing esle.
A quality shot in B&W which prompted me to write a few words and share mine experiences.
Thanks a lot.
Rajeev

Beautifully timed, Christopher, and wonderfully cinematic. The window frame even suggests the border of a movie screen. Fabulous actor-like expressions on their faces. But it's real! At least, it was real for the fleeting moment that you caught. Hopefully it has lasted. Regards, Ken.

Hi Christopher, another gem from your back catalogue. There was something photogenic about those old BR MkI coaches, lending a hint of Brief Encounter to the image. This is almost timeless - it could have been taken in Asia this year. Stephen

Nice to see some old shots. Somehow you have captured a moment of its own time.. One can see theough the years...

Hi Christopher
Everything or not, I do not know yet the answer to this question. But I love the pic, very "movie-like". Nice snapshot, thank you.

Is it true?
Is it everything?
I think, this is a photo of love (only)...
But it isn't everything.
Very nice composition, capture and good BW.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Christopher.

Attachment is the bonding which promotes relationships that last for many years, and even decades.
A very sensuous image.

An absolutely precious image, Christopher! 1968!! I wish this couple could see themselves through this image today...what a charming moment, and what a 'Leica' shot! Bravo!

Christopher I admire this picture. The feeling in it ... the B/W choise and the noise create an old fashioned atmosphere. Late 50s Adorable.

Hi Christopher,
I arrive a bit late to comment this photo, but hey, if it was taken in 1968, it could wait for an extra few months ;-)
This is a classic. It really looks like a frame taken froma movie.
Great stuff!
Nicolas

Great picture, just as if it was coming from a great classic movie.

Hi Christopher,

A beautiful image...as faubry says its like a B&W movie..the window acts a beautiful frame and the grain adds to the effect.
B&W is just the right choice for this pic..I really love the composition..

Christopher this could be a story cover or a movie poster !! it makes one think about this couple and makes you want to know about them ...the B&W added a secnt to the photo ...a secnt only lovers can sense..
