I really like the POV of this shot. The positioning of the center of the wheel in the circle is good, and there is just enough sky around its perimeter. The B&W gives an old feel to the image, which I think is great for this image and lends to a nice gradient of greys across the sky. The entire image is quite nice. However, a note would be beneficial...
