[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This building is located in Canary Wharf, the new business area in London in the old Docklands, a place where it will see how it rise the Olympic City for 2012, very close to this site. Canary Wharf, quite similar in appearence to La Defense in Paris, but at the same time with its own character, it is full of skyscrapers which hosts the headquarters of the most important companies in the world, and is the seat for the highest building in London, for the moment, because the city has several projects to build, to left Canada Tower far behind.
This is just one example, despite not being the highest one, I liked a lot this perspective. As a skyscraper fan I`ve got to say, I really enjoyed a lot my time there, that is the point, that I came back at the end of the trip, so I`ll visit the Docklands twice ;-)
Unavoidable to stroll in this new area, watch the new glass buildings, and take the Docklands Light Railway, just to check how West London is changing to host the Olympic Games in 2012. For those who are from Barcelona or know BCN, this West London area, is quite similar to Poblenou and its 22@ process, but quite more huge he he he

Hi Miguel

The only thing I can fault is your geography!! The Olympics, and Canary wharf/docklands are in East London. As a West Londoner you get very protective about these things. East London is ok to visit but you wouldn't want to live there! I would probably cropped the lamp off the bottom, but otherwise a good shot with nice angles/lines.

Impressionnante architecture vue sous cet angle.
Courbes et droites se marient bien dans des belles lumières et des jeux de reflets.
C'est bien cadré car cela était difficile.

La definición y colores están muy bien ahora bien, eso que me compares este ara con el distrito 22@este...craso error. Allí seguro que lo hacen todo más a lo bestia y, lo más importante, mejor.... :P

El POV es buenísimo. Me gusta mucho. Un poco centrado para mi gusto pero bueno igual.

una muy interesante foto con una excelente composición y POV. Me gusta cómo las lineas salen en diagonal desde los 2 lados de la foto para curvarse en el centro.

Recuerdo haber estado por esa zona, pero no haber visto el edificio, que tiene un aire de retro-futurismo que vendría que ni pintado para alguna peli de ciencia ficción ;)

Este edificio no lo conocía. Y me parece que lo has captado bastante bien y bien definido en la difilcutad que implica tantas aristas en su estructura. La luz tambien es buena ya que estabas practicamente rozando la sobrexposicion.
Un gran tiro.
