Photographer’s Note
This is from a trip to London right after the Queen's Golden Jubilee. We still saw the stands from the concert that has taken place the day before. I would have loved the flag on the Buckingham Palace to be shown in full, but that's life. During the "change of the guards" we had a pretty cool moment, the orchestra played the James Bond theme !
I borrowed the Minolta Dimage 2330 Zoom from my girlfriend for this shot.

Very nice union jack flags alignments in this pretty good perspective and beautiful contrasted colours. Particularly the crown as a good detail on the mast at the right side :) Crown not authorized in london cabs ? :)

Nice photo, The Mall really looks nice with the Union Jacks by the side. Very good that you have included the cabs in the photo! It's turned what would otherwise have been an ordinary snapshot into something quite interesting. Thanks, enjoyed looking at it.

THe flags make this shot very interesting. Very nice perspective. The cab is going on the opposite directionbut it's not your fault, it's London. Very nice shot, Jan.

Very nice sense of depth. I like the flags mixing with the trees, really mingling nicely. The cars on the bottom right are a nice touch. Add even more to the depth. The triumphal broad feeling of the avenue is really captured. Very nice colors, throughout, also. Nicely photographed.

Good composition creating a nice sense of depth of perception. I think a larger F stop would bring more of the photo into focus, especially the Queen Victoria memorial statue.

Wonderful perspective Jan! Love your frame, not showing the all vehicle parts. Good job :)

Very beautiful image of a typical London site. The palace, the cabs and the flags don't leave much space for geographical errors! ;-)
Besides that the colors , details and composition are very nice and the positioning of the cabs are perfect to break the simetry and add a certain dinamic to the image.
