Photographer’s Note

Spiral staris and ine of the capsules of the London Eye.
After a rainy week, suddenly the clouds have gone, and there was an amazing sunset.
I got dozens of shots of this sunset, and I chosed this one to share with you.
One of the aerial routes to Heathrow airport passes right above this place, that's why you see some white jet lines in the sky.

This is just wonderful, Yitzhak. It s a very different take on a subject I've seen a couple of time here on TE, and I think this is the best one so far. The silhouettes are very interesting, and the sky very dramatic. Well done!

Quand le ciel se fait feu d'artifice et qu'il dessine des diagonales dans tous les sens, la composition prend une forme des plus curieuses.
Bien vu également l'escalier hélicoïdal, l'on reconnaît votre oeil artistique Yitzhak.
Très bien fait et très original.
When the sky is made fireworks and that it draws diagonals in all the directions, the composition takes a form of most curious. Well considering also the helicoid staircase, one recognizes your artistic eye Yitzhak. Very well done and very original.

A compositional masterpiece, Yitzhak. The silhouettes of the different architectural pieces and objects would already make a great shot, but to have it backed by this fabulously colorful sunset is just wonderful. Also it's another example of how to approach photographing well known sights or monuments in a fresh way. Great shot.

Amazing blue! The lines are engaging and patterned silhouettes are wonderfully juxtaposed all over the frame. The abstract quality is still there but this scene as as easy to look because fo the colors. Great work.

There are many photos of the eye on TE, but I have never seen one fro this angle. Intersting composition with all the silhouettes. The saturation is pushed a bit too much for my taste, but I really enjoy the great composition.

I can see that you have had your hand in this sun set Yitzhak. It would surly not be as spectacular with out your "magic touch". :) The strong contrast is really great here as well as teh darkness. and that sky, very blue, very intresting with the clouds and air plane tracks.

Amazing colors...! have you changed the color balance in post-processing ? It is even more suprising since that blue sky is in UK... land of the clouds and mists.

But I would have croped a little from the dark zone on the bottom.

Have just discovered your portfolio. This is wonderful! Really innovative composition and the sky is spectacular. Every detail is beautiful - right down to the lightbulbs, and the reflection against the edge of the capsule. One for my favourites list!

The colors degradee are amazing! The blue the yellow the orange! Great.

I saw the work shop made by juniorbonner, I like this ideia but to me the lamp is more pretty, so I made another workout, see there.
