Photographer’s Note
Malator, Druidstone, Pembrokeshire, South West Wales
Malator is an uncompromisingly modern Eco Home, dubbed the ‘blueprint for the future of Welsh housing’.
Built in 1998, this cutting-edge contemporary home has won world-wide acclaim as one of Wales’ architectural treasures.
The basic design of Malator is very simple, with essentially one room inside, divided by prefabricated coloured pods, while on the outside the house melds with the surrounding landscape.
From the Internet:
At Malator you are at one with the sea and wind-buffeted cliffs, your life is full of light and there is an incredible sense of freedom and space.

Interesting home and a beautiful landscape background. A room with a view I guess.
I actually had a friend in the US who's home was built with a soil/grass roof. Very well insulated and an interesting home where you could play on the roof (not might higher than 6 ft above ground level).
Nice image. TFS.

Hi! The idea of the Eco Home is really interesting. The scenery is real good. Living in such a place would be interesting.
Thanks for sharing...
