"meri Baheno" means my sisters. Many of the ladies are widowed so contact with their friends is fundamental to their wellbeing...

Super stuff Kaj,
I like the 'over the shoulder' effect here and even the glimpse at the cards. This little detail does so much to bring the viewer into the scene. Seems almost wider angle than it needs to be, but I think the effect would be different and the final result the poorer if you changed that.
Cheers
Mark

Yo Kajal!

I really love this perspective.... nice to give the image character through the hands and gestures. Nice lighting and colour but best of all is the composition!

Nice!

Very good photo. Great composition and nice details.
Well done!

Hi Kaj,
A bet you were sure of winning haut la main! ;-)
Sorry for that quack - To me the WS version was an even safer stake. I think it's more evocative. The blurring of the left-hand left hand is too dynamic, because it's in a wavering wax, kinda "Have I been right?" (a sorry question for a left hand). But the spinning effect, playing-wise, is really well done here.
Matter of taste, I prefer the chiaroscuro WS, with still, game-stalking hands all around. The very fact that you put it aside induces me to think that was a qualm to you also...
You're gettting new breath here, I'd say. Thanks, F'

Hi Kaj,

a much improved shot from yesterday. The focus is bang on, and to be honst the composition is much better. The photo just tells a multifaceted stiory that yesterday's did not. The first is the story of the game. How confident is she with her hand, the king and the seven? The way you captured her left hand throwing money into the middle of the table is the clincher. The wide angle is so good, it invloves others in the game, it tells a more complete story about what happened.

Hi Kaj, This is lovely. I love e'thing here, the compo, the tilt, the light and the PP. good stuff. in short i like this one a lot..

NJow Palm is in focus as Leg was yerterday.
Again Dyanmic POV & Intresting tone KAJ. Impressive shot.
Nice action blur..Very much controlled.

Hey Kajal,

A really nice piece of work here, love the mood of the lighting and the point of view, we feel as if we are part of the game from this angle. Nice one.

Hi Kajal,
I like all the hands in different positions. Aha, they are playing with money. Can you tell more about the game? And how the players are related to it. Are they competitive or casual? I guess no one looses her apartment here?
Kari

Hi Kajal, hum I like this composition a lot, no faces, only hands, and the movement of this hands brings all the dynamism, the light is great, well seen...

ah! very dramatic shot! i love the angle, which really catches the "action" of the event depicted. the hazy hand further reiterates the movement.
good work:)

Hi Kaj
That compo is marvellous. Good PoV. Ok it's not excellent 'tech' quality, but who cares?! IT's got atmosphere and feeling thats enough!
Cheers

The BEST of the eries for me so far, Kaj, and I'm a serius fan! The hands, your POV, the tilt all contribute to a cinematic experience here. An absolutely delightful osting.
Cheers,
Francis
