[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The London Eye is one of my favorite attractions in London. From far, it looks as though the ride is not operating even though it is constantly moving. This photo was taken with a zoom lens from the bridge that crosses the Thames. I think the people visible in the capsule add scale to the photograph.
