Photographer’s Note

A nice snow covered view of the Cheviot hill from Ingram valley, shame the forground is a little plain. It could've done with a building or some animals but there wasn't anything to put into it.

Beautiful landscape shot with some very nice colours and beautiful sky formations in it. In your shoes I think I'd crop most of the shady bottom part of the photo, as this would 1) get rid of most of the dark part and 2) move the horizon from mid photo to about 1/3 up.

Very impressive scenery!
The play of bright blue sky & dark coloured clouds, white snow and earthy soils, the still green valley... A symphony of colours!
I would have crop the very first foreground though, just to avoid too much shadow.

Wondeful colors. This red and green is gorgeous. Is that snow on the top of the hill or simply a white rock ?
There seems to be a stone wall in the forground, maybe a closer shot showing this wall would put this little something extra you were looking for.

Une très jolie composition avec un rendu de couleur très bon.
Avec une prise de vue , plus pres du sol ou en travers (plutot que de face) on aurais peut etre un peu plus de profondeur mais on perdrais peut etre toute ces couleurs sur la plaine.
Comme tu dis dans ton commentaire on peu regretter l'absence d'un objet qui donnerais de la vie à la photo mais si tout etait parfais la vie serais trop simple ;-)
