Photographer’s Note
Taken and posted especially for Roland Bodenschatz who posted a shot of the same station taken in 1990.I decided to go for the different angle because there were a load of carriages in front of the station buildings.
Llanuwchllyn is the terminus and main station of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway and runs alongside the lake,Llyn Tegid, in North Wales.This is one of the Great little Trains of Wales that includes the ffestiniog,Llanberis Lake and Welsh Highland Railways,for me its tiny engines and rather quaint feel give it an edge over the other more "In your face" lines

hi Nigel;
nice shot, I had prefered an other shooting angle, 'cause of the green big box!!
you should try to give a little more "peps" in the colours, just a little, to make it more lively!!

Thank you for posting this view of the east side of the station buildings. In comparision with my photo all looks very clean and tidy.
Now we have the small problem that three pictures from this station are in three different paths.
