Photographer’s Note
If you've visited the British Museum, this massive library in the middle is unmissable. Look up on the dome, it's huge and impressive.

Wow, a terrific shot. Every book lover will love this place. rows and rows of books, and very good light coming in through those lovely windows. Nice angle, too. I like your title, too. Well done, Danny.

You have really managed to catch that sweeping curve, Danny. The bookshelves and the wall above are so different that it is like two pictures. I would have liked a little more of the wall though, to se how the windows end at least.

It's a good picture... would be even better if you had a wider angle lens to get a bit more in to the left and of the ceiling. Well framed and well exposed.

Just seeing a tiny portion of this round library with its high dome allows us to picture the vastness of the overall complex. The curves and colors make this an intrigueing composition....it also leaves us wondering how many words rest between the pages of all these books. Care to make a guess? :-)

Lines and light work so well together here. Nice dark base brings a sense of balance and firmness. Light upper section adds interesting and a wonderful mood.
