Photographer’s Note
I was struck by the intensity of the yellow of this oil rape seed field in Dorset. The sky was moody with fast-moving clouds making the shot difficult, but with rewarded patience I managed to get a lovely series of this field with bright yellow that seemed to blanket the area for miles and miles.

very nice countryside scene, i don't know if it's my monitor but the color seems a little flat to me, maybe a little saturation and brighten using levels, really good composition and a nice view point. well done!

Simple yet very effective composition. Great colors and sharpness, i don't think the picture needs saturation but it's just my opinion. Well done, thanks for sharing.

Hi! Andre,
I think the colour, contrast, saturation is spot on. The trunk of the tree would naturally be influenced by the radiating yellow all around it. I hope you did not trample too much seed on your way over there;))
Another beauty Andre! Dorset will always be a home away from home for me!
Mike.
