Photographer’s Note
On a cold October day, we found this man in the Armoury of Warwick Castle, demonstrating the ancient art of making armour with chain mail. It seems to be a long and tedious process and I am sure the metal working was a long and ardous process prior to the making of the chain links.
Oops, I see my attempt at making a frame leaked white into my photo, will have to do a repost. I didn't notice it when I uploaded. It is too late at night for me..

Very interesting image, Joan. This does indeed look like a process requiring a lot of patience. Nice tones of brown and orange, and the perspective for looking at the craftsman was well chosen. The guy looks quite focused on his work. Well seen!

Você retratou muito bem o trabalho do artesão. Gostei da foto, o semblante do homem está bem natural.

This is a craft that one does not see very often. The angle at which you took the photo is perfect--you can really see what he's doing. And, it looks very tedious. ;-)
Compositions like this are timeless. I tried a workshop just for fun to see if I could make the photo look "old".
