Photographer’s Note

These are "Devon Reds" in a field in Milton Abbot in Devon.

The Devon Red cow has been an integral part of the agricultural scene of Britain for centuries and is one of our oldest native breeds.

Their coats are a beautiful rich terracotta which has earned them the name 'Red Rubies'.

Voici un ciel merveilleux, l'oblique des nuages semble suivre celle de la colline.
Une photo qui manque un peu de netteté, mais les couleurs superbes et l'excellent cadrage rattrappent le coup.

A pleasant rural scene, Vicky, with the cows peacefully hanging out on the pasture. Good use of horizontal layering in the way you built the frame, and nice natural colors all over. The closer look on "the reds" is a nice supplement :)

Nice picture of the "Devon Reds", Vicky. The red cows gives a nice contrast with the green pasture and trees. I like the white clouds on the blue sky. Very well done. Nice WS.

de trés belles couleurs pour une cadre paisible,le cadrage est trés bon mais comme dit daniel il manque un peu de netteté, félicitations pour cette photo et nous faire partager la campagne anglaise

What a superb country scene Vicky. Well composed, the colours and details are great. The cows grazing in the field gives it a real country feel to it. Well shown, thank you.

Lovely rural image Vicky. I like the "zig zag" layering if the shot, and those big fluffy clouds.
The cattle make nice foreground interest.
