Eilian Donan Castle in Scotland, near Kyle of Lochalsh, Highlands, Scotland, UK.

This castle, one of the most visited in the world, was re-build between 1912 and 1932 from ruins dated from the 13th century. It is often referred as the most romantic castle in Scotland.

Shot taken early in the morning. Using Gimp: cropped, resized, contrast-mark, unsharp mask, channel B&W and added border.

All the gray makes for a very dreary, somber shot. Great mood. You might try softening the sky as there is a fair amount of noise going on.

B&W is a perfect choice for this one. It gives it an eery feel along with the fog, reflections and stuff floating in the loch.

ça fait un peu peur, en plus y'a des monstres dans des lacs pas si loin de cette région!!
plus sérieusement la photo est bien équilibrée, le choix du noir et blanc accentue le mystère.
