[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a traditional stone barn and dry-stone wall which can be found throughout the Yorkshire Dales. Throughout the month of June the dales have wonderful buttercup meadows, which are cut and used for cattle feed during the winter months. The hay that is produced in the dales is of the finest quality and is known throught Europe. At this time of year the meadows are at their most glorious with the wondful colour of the flowers.

Interesting play of light and shadow,
the fence as guiding line,
the white flower, blur, but good addition for depth.
A dynamic photo about a calm landscape, with lot of details to examine.

Good composition and lovely colours.

Another lovely barn scene! Excellent foreground on the left, the stone wall draws your eye to the door, and the yellow flowers in the field add a rich carpet texture. Very nice sharp photo. Well done!

Bonjour Anne,
Un excellent niveau de détails dû à une netteté imparable et un affinement efficace.
Des couleurs saturées et des verts bien agréables.
Enfin un bon choix dans le cadrage.
Un paysage bien agréable à visiter.
Compliments de Belgique.
Daniel.

Wonderful photo Anne, the detail level and composition are superb. The colour of the barn contrasts perfectly against the rest of the photo.

There isn't anything I can think of to improve the image so I've done a radical workshop, something different, what do you think?

Another picturesque photo from yourself, you never fail to make a place look heavenly. The colours in the foreground are superb, a bit dull in the background, im not sure whether thats due to shadow or haze butits not the thing I am looking at when i see the photo, my eyes are drawn to the front.

Well done!

Very beautiful green colour, I can say that in my opinion this colour is very British! Nice house and very stylish fence. With this photo my memories from England woke in my head :)

Anne,
I love the soft, glorious colors. The focus is perfect, almost dreamlike. The barn off to the right and the stone wall make the composition spot on. Lovely to look at!

It's a postcard perfect image ! I like the saturation of colours and of course, ur composition is done professionally. Thanks for sharing !

Lovely picture Annie - a really nice composition and that contrast of light is quite stunning - i'm looking at it on a very contrasty screen at the moment which makes it look a little over saturated but I can make the adjustment - I like the note - I hadn't thought about hay having a European wide reputation before!

best wishes Kev

Lovely english scenery as I love it and you did capture it beautifully. Great composition and coulour. Great lighting too.

Take care Anne. Yan
