Photographer’s Note
In St. Ives, between the harbour and the big Porthmeor Beach is a large, peninsular hill. It contains only 2 buildings: The coastguard station and this tiny chapel, built right at the top. It has the most beautiful views looking out to sea and also back inland looking out across the picturesque harbour-town of St. Ives.

Nice composition. I like the diagonal of the mountain that breaks the horintal line.
Well done

Beautiful colours. Good framing. I like the way the hill nearly divides the picture into two parts ;o)

Beautiful shot. It reminds me a bit of some scenes from the LOTR movies. The hill also does a good job of forcing the eyes down to the ocean, and then up towads the chapel. Nice job!

Hi Richard,
lovely scene, well composed with the diagonal taking the eye up the hill to the old chapel. Wonderful light & colours and the overall picture conveys a sense of peacefulness. A fine shot, well done.

Stephen
