A very good respond to my previous post made me decide in favour of uploading another shot of the Hayburn Wyke Nature Reserve, a woodland reminder of how things were before the industrial revolution.
This time I went for a brighter version allowing a certain amount of warm sunset light into the frame.
Hope you will like this one, too.

Is this where the trees come alive and attack you? Magic, I'm sure but just a little scary too. You have captured a good light here with the sun making a dappled effect on the leaves.

Sur la vignette, cette photo a l'air floue, mais en la regardant de plus près, il se fait qu'elle est bien nette, et non cela cela, mais bien exposée, malgré les difficultés des sous-bois et aux couleurs aguichantes.

Can you tell us from which fairy tale the picture is this time. I guess little Thumb.
Beautiful mysterious atmosphere in the picture.

What a perfect photo to find on St.Patrick's Day! One can almost hear the leprechauns scheming in the shadows. The natural glint of the sun on the moss, leaves and grass makes for a stunningly soft composition. Your eye is drawn down into the darkness further along the path. Great detail, great photo!

Hi Robert, You have led us to a mystic forest. It is an unpredictable if we follow the path.
A very nice rain forest shot. It has a very clear color contrast. The diagonal lines divided into a few regions. Well composed photo.

Good grief, your shots just keep getting more and more impressive! I am happy to report that you have retained the magic in magic wood! Your lighting is still amazing and surreal. Awesome shooting!

Again a very nice 'soft focus' effect which blends well with the overall image, the soft light also adds to the overall effect :)

Hi Robert, very nice photo, the subtle light makes it almost dreamlike. I agree with some of the comments about the mysterious atmosphere that this composition conveys. Well seen and done!

Very nice shot again from this place, Robi, it looks very much like an "enchanted forest". A nice compositional element proviced by the trees leaning across the meandering narrow path, with one of them almost providing a full diagonal. Also a great effect rendered with the play of sunlight breaking through.

yu're getting better at this. you create a dramatic image with so heavy a mood. very effective.

Also difficult to read on the thumbnail, I had to open it to appreciate this picture. The twisted trunks are great again and the scattered light that makes the thumbnail so fuzzy is quite sharp in fact.

A magical, mystical place. The sharp/soft contrast to the shot is unusual. Simply caused by the filtered light?

great shot, I liek the moss on the tree, very unique, I would say that this shot is better than the shot you showed us yesterday

Fantastic photo, looks very magical. You could almost imagine it being a scene from Lord of the Rings, and await a Hobbit running down the path at any minute.

Hi Robert, Most unusual for us to see on TE. This looks more like a movie set than reality. Good clarity and lighting is effective. Well done.
