Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken in a pub close to Saville Row in Central London. I have just bought a new camera so was just trying it out. I like the capture here of my family enjoying a drink on my birthday. The barman was very entertaining, and it was nice to find a pub with seats available on a Saturday night.

I like it a lot, not only the intimate atmosphere you've captured (small pub!) but the natural colours, not straightforward in a dark room.

I like this daily life scene. It looks like a nice place. The colors are soft, the lights are not too overexposed, and focus is good. Well done. You seem to have a nice family. :o) They look like they are enjoying theirselves. The girls are cute. ;o) Have a nice day.

Very nice capture, Russ. The soft brown tones make the scene very inviting indeed. Perhaps a slight crop on the bright light at upper left? Keep sharing these kinds of shots. Cheers.
