A picture taken during the sunny hour of our 2 days TE meeting, a street photography seen and taken instantly as I saw this man going to visit the theatre of Buxton.

It is a wonderful shot! You had a better day than I did:-D. I couldn't believe it was England, I would think it was somewhere in southern Europe. Of course, he dramatized himself a little, since he was going to the theatre.;-D I quite like it, it stands out from the thumbnails. Beautiful colour and detail.. he looks in a hurry, you captured the moment.
It's a great pleasure to meet you, pity not for long. Sorry about the weather. Hope we'll meet in a sunny day in the future... Have a good rest and enjoy your sun shine.

What a wonderful trio of photographs, your two workshop pictures cleverly capturing all of our little group (with the exception of Jasmine and her husband, Kevin) and your main picture taken in what was but a very brief interlude of sunshine during the rain.
What a dapper looking chap this is - from his brimmed hat and bright red shirt down to his highly polished shoes - and you have caught him perfectly with his little blue camera held aloft ready to capture any scene - but you caught him first!
A perfect example of the candid street photography which you do so very well. Perfectly captured in perfect pose against the old buildings of Buxton.
P.S. And how nice it was to meet you too. Just a pity we didn't have more time - but I do hope that we manage to meet up again in the not too distant future!

Salut Claude. He looks like a man on a mission- determined gait, fixed look, ready for action.A gentleman who obviously takes care with his appearance. Great capture. Amicalement. Klaudio.

A new TE member? No... it is John, is it not? Ha ha!
It was great to meet you and watch the way you work. I learned a few things from observing you. Glad you had a safe trip home and that your weather is better than here!

Hello Claude - What a wonderful street shot. The gentleman looks so quintessentially English with his summer wardrobe and shiny brown shoes. Here is a man on a mission ... a character from an Agatha Christie novel perhaps?
I shall have to start calling you quick-draw Claude, you have fine observational skills and the speed to match.

I remember him in the hot-house looking at flowers. I was attracted to his red shirt and grabbed a couple of frames myself! His belly looks as if it's over-balancing him. This is a crop, is it not? Good character study.

What a cracker!
This man, on his way to the theatre, should surely be on stage! Just look at that pose!
You have a great 'eye' for such opportunities and this was too good to miss!
Is this a new camera pose for TE members, by which we could identify one another!
I love all the shots. You could be recruited as a spy. I never saw you taking the shots.
It was great to meet up again. I hope we will be able to do it again!

Well caught Claude. What a character he is! I am glad that you found some street photographic subjects in the Peak District.
The weather here has been rather good since we got back. It was so good to meet you and hope to do so again soon.
Best wishes, Ann

Celui-là ne pouvait pas t'échapper. Tu as bien sûr choisi son profil avantageux.
Je vois que les participants au meeting n'ont pas hésité à prendre des risques....au moins pour leur matériel photo!

Pourquoi pas ?
Cet homme serait le bienvenu sur TE; j'apprécie cette scène

Big fella with a tiny camera and the gentleness of his hands LOL. But seriously a great candid, nice tight frame works really well showing good close character and concentration in what he is doing. Think the strong colours of blue and orange re spot on and deserve to stay. Nice shot, you have caught the feel of the day really well. Excellent, TFS

Funny view of this walking man. You could invite him to join the mmeting and then TE :). Fine memories from the great (as I sm sure) time in Buxton. Very nice to see the friends in WS photos. Thanks for sharing.
