Alien in his dress and in the sense that we do not see them very often around here as you can tell from the length of the grass.
The council's austerity measures have meant that their workmen only come around about once in four months but things are tough and we may see even less of them in the future.We could,as we used to,keep the road and grass in front of our properties clean and tidy ourselves but a lot of people say that is what the local tax we pay is for and will not consider it.

Very playful photo Marion, I like your take on this. It sounds like you guys are caught in a "Catch 22" situation out there. Bloody Taxes should pay for things like this and I believe their testing you to see how far they can go without supplying what they support. I know times are bad, but come on..........

Excellent clarity throughout this photo and fine detail to color and light control. Very funny POV Marion, great job!!
