Photographer's Note
With apologies to William Wordsworth.
A couple of warm days has resulted in the Dandelions springing into life.
The farm in the distance is Cardwell in an area where manganese was once mined.

Hello Les,
The vast field full of dandelions make a striking contrast with the dark blue sky. The soft light all over the scene enforces the calmness and tranquility. You've perfectly captured this in terms of both exposure and composition. An elegant shot, thanks. Best wishes,

Hi Les,
Fantastic view, better than the colza field. But what to do with these dandelions? Amazing shot, I like it.

Hi Les
an original concept here and I think this image sums up our current drought problems superbly! Dazzling colours and a compelling shot. Beautifully created and presented.
Have a great weekend - best wishes Brian.

Hello Les,
I am sure that ol' Willie Wordsworth would forgive you and it's also really nice to see a yellow field these days which isn't oilseed rape - that was something neither you nor I ever saw in the days of our youth.
This is a lovely "thirds" composition with fine bold colours, perfect exposure and stunning sharpness throughout.
Beautiful!
Kind Regards,
John.

Hi Leslie,
I like this view that seems to be illuminated by the bright yellow of the dandelions and the wonderful blue of the sky. The contrast is fantastic and the composition is excellent! My compliments.
