Great effect on the water, nicely composed with the pier, its a shame the trees arn't very sharp, i presume there was some wind that morning! Great work Ken! keep it up..

I like your compo Ken. The use of the pier is effectful and contrasts excellent to the water surface. The placement of the birds works well, still I had liked a little more light on them. Anyway very good work.

Otimo uso da baixa velocidade, o efeito naagua e fantastico. Os passaros deram tranquilidade a imagem. Parabens Ken.
Happy new year.

Wonderful picture.
The long exposure worked excelent on the water.
The angle used to take the picture is very nice.
I just wonder how did you keep the bird during 8 seconds without moving ;-).
Good job.
Have a fantstic new year

Nice image Ken. I like the composition with the pier sharp against the soft water beyond. I also like the contrast of the cool blue against the warm pink in the sky. It's a shame the bird didn't have it's head up in the air but for 8sec I guess that would be asking too much!
Mmmm, nice new camera I see. Santa obviously didn't get my letter about the Canon 1Ds mkII , maybe next year!
