It was a wonderful evening in Padstow.
Padstow is a small town on the Northern coast of Cornwall. It is situated at the Camel estuary. Famous are the restaurants of Rick Stein, a very popular TV cook.

Excellent shot, even if the light is low, you you manage such good sharpness and clarity, there are so much details to look at, the reflection is beuatiful. the sky is dark and drammatic, all that adds to the somewhat melodramatic mood. Really beautiful.

Ciao Caro Hartmut, this is just like a painting! I love the moody grey sky, which makes this much more than just a photo of reflections. It is dramatic, well-contrasted and beautifully composed. Cornwall is such a beautiful place, you chose well. Have you seen the TV show Doc Martin? It is set in Cornwall and the scenery is spectacular? des lumières très difficiles, bien prises et maitrisées mais aussi bien rééquilibrées en post processing. Ce sont ces reflets magiques qui jouent les vedettes ici.

Wonderful evening and wonderful shot also Hartmut !
What I like the most is the atmosphere. You chose to keep the real luminosity (dark with a small beautiful light) without increase like many others would have done and I find it's really a good choice. I love thus.
Moreover, the sharpness is perfect.
A shot which really gives me to discover this place.

a wonderful evening photo. The low light makes an incredible atmosphere. Not only you have exposed it perfectly but you have really turned it to your advantage. The reflection doubles the treat.
The coastal town would be charming anyway but the timing made the photo very impressive.

This is a great shot with a good stormy mood. The reflection is outstanding creating a near mirror image for balance and depth. The lighting is wonderful yielding good colors and tones through the shot. The sharpness and DOF are great as well.

Interesting how the reflection appears brighter than the original! The near static water creates fine reflections & the clouds with a tinge of sunset hues provide a nice capping. Good work!
